The special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Red Oak Community School District was called to order by President Bret Blackman at 7:30 a.m. The special board meeting was held virtually.
Present Directors: Kelly Carlson-Osheim, Bryce Johnson, Scott Bruce, Pastor Ricky Rohrig, Bret Blackman Superintendent Ron Lorenz, Board Secretary Leanne Fluckey Approval of Agenda Motion by Director Johnson, seconded by Director Rohrig to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously. Replacement of Inman Elementary HVAC Compressor Motion by Director Rohrig, seconded by Director Bruce to approve replacing the Inman Elementary HVAC Compressor. Motion carried unanimously. Adjournment Motion by Director Johnson, second by Director Rohrig to adjourn the meeting at 7:33 a.m. Motion carried unanimously.
