The special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Red Oak Community School District was called to order by President Bret Blackman at 7:30 a.m. The special board meeting was held virtually.

Present
Directors: Kelly Carlson-Osheim, Bryce Johnson, Scott Bruce, Pastor Ricky Rohrig, Bret Blackman
Superintendent Ron Lorenz, Board Secretary Leanne Fluckey

Approval of Agenda
Motion by Director Carlson-Osheim, seconded by Director Rohrig to approve the agenda with order at the discretion of the chair.  Motion carried unanimously.

Discussion/Approval of Reassignment of Staff
Motion by Director Johnson, seconded by Director Carlson-Osheim to approve reassigning Justin Williams as the Principal/Director of Academics for Stellar Oaks Virtual Academy. Motion carried unanimously.

Discussion/Approval of Sharing Agreement with Stanton Community School District
Motion by Director Bruce, seconded by Director Rohrig to approve the sharing agreement for “Other School Business Official” (Heidi Harris) with Stanton Community School District. Motion carried unanimously.

Discussion/Approval of Adult Meal Prices
Motion by Director Johson, seconded by Director Rohrig to approve raising adult meal prices to $5.14 for the 2026-2027 school year to meet state requirements. Motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment
Motion by Director Rohrig, second by Director Carlson-Osheim to adjourn the meeting at 7:34 a.m. Motion carried unanimously.
